• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• We charge a flat rate of $9.98 AUD for every game sold. If you purchase four (4) games you will only be charged $9.98.
• Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our website. If we are unable to dispatch goods within two working days we will notify you immediately.
• Oz Crawl games will be dispatched via eParcel (Australia Post) eParcel is registered and must be signed for in person at your home or local post office. eParcel is secure and traceable, if you have not received Oz Crawl within (5) days please contact info@ozcrawl.com.au

Crawl Games is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

• If Oz Crawl is damaged on arrival you must notify Crawl Games Pty Ltd within five (5) days.
• Oz Crawl can be returned if goods are of faulty manufacture. You must notify Crawl Games Pty Ltd in order to return goods.
• There is no refund for change of mind after purchasing Oz Crawl.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
